I'm excited to be off to Portland tomorrow, where I'll be a participant in the Donna Eden Energy Medicine for Women workshop. Donna is a high energy gal herself, as anyone can tell from reading her books. She will be teaching us how to transform ourselves and use energy as medicine in a variety of ways. But in this workshop, her emphasis will be on how to use energy healing techniques for women's body and health issues. So I'll be away from my computer for the next four days. Wahoo!
